Browse and filter all political contributions in Kansas with BillBee's comprehensive contribution database.

Browsing Contributions​

Access the Browser​

  1. Go to Campaign Finance
  2. Click Contributions
  3. View recent contributions or apply filters

Default View​

The browser shows recent contributions with:

  • Donor name
  • Recipient
  • Amount
  • Date
  • Contribution type

Filtering Contributions​

By Amount​

Set minimum and/or maximum amounts:

  • All contributions
  • $500 and above
  • $1,000 and above
  • $10,000 and above
  • Custom range

By Date​

Choose a time period:

  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Current election cycle
  • Previous cycles
  • Custom date range

By Recipient​

Filter by who received the contribution:

  • Specific candidate
  • All candidates for an office
  • Party committees
  • PACs
  • Ballot measure committees

By Donor Type​

  • Individual donors
  • Organizational donors
  • PACs
  • Party committees
  • Self-funding

By Party​

Show contributions to:

  • Republican candidates/committees
  • Democratic candidates/committees
  • Non-partisan recipients
  • All recipients

Contribution Details​

Click on any contribution to view:

Contribution Information​

  • Full donor name and address
  • Occupation and employer (if disclosed)
  • Exact date of contribution
  • Check/transaction number (if available)

Click to see the donor's complete giving history.

Click to see the recipient's full fundraising data.

Sorting Options​

Sort contributions by:

  • Date (newest or oldest first)
  • Amount (highest or lowest first)
  • Donor name (alphabetical)
  • Recipient name (alphabetical)

Recent Activity Feed​

See contributions as they're reported:

  • Real-time updates during filing periods
  • Major contributions highlighted
  • Trending donors and recipients

Statistics​

At-a-glance numbers:

  • Total contributions in current view
  • Sum of contribution amounts
  • Average contribution size
  • Number of unique donors

Exporting Contribution Data​

Professional plan users can export search results:

  1. Apply your desired filters
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format:
    • CSV (for spreadsheet analysis)
    • PDF (for reports)
  4. Download the file

Export Limits​

  • Up to 5,000 records per export
  • Multiple exports for larger datasets

Exported data may not be sold or used for commercial solicitation per Kansas law (K.S.A. 25-4148).

Use Donor Search when you:

  • Know a specific donor's name
  • Want to see one donor's complete history

When to Browse​

Use Contributions when you:

  • Want to see recent activity
  • Need to filter by multiple criteria
  • Are researching trends across many contributions
