Overview​

BillBee offers multiple ways to stay updated on your tracked bills:

  • Email Alerts - Immediate notifications for important updates
  • Digest Emails - Scheduled summaries of all activity
  • Dashboard Notifications - In-app activity feed

Notification Types​

BillBee can notify you about:

  • Status changes - When a bill moves to a new stage
  • New versions - When a bill is amended or substituted
  • Title changes - When a bill's title changes (often indicating substitution)
  • New bills - When new bills match your saved searches (paid plans)

Managing Notification Overload​

If you're tracking many bills, consider:

  • Using digest emails instead of instant alerts
  • Adjusting which events trigger notifications
  • Using tags to focus on high-priority bills
